Crystal Frolics 2026 - Continue the Tradition!
To ensure a fun, safe, and welcoming experience for everyone, please take note of the following guidelines:
Prohibited items & Activities
Weapons or objects that appear to be weapons.
Fireworks, explosives, or other flammable items.
Outside alcoholic beverages or illegal substances. Alcoholic beverages are available for puchase only in designated areas and must be consumed on-site. Patrons must be 21+ with valid ID to purchase alcohol
Riding bikes, skateboards, rollerblades, or hoverboards through the event site. These items must be walked once on site.
Political, corporate, or outside solicitation is not allowed
Dogs and other pets are not allowed.
Drones or other unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), for any purpose, commercial or recreational are not allowed
Tobacco-Free Areas: Smoking is prohibited at the Crystal Community Center, Crystal Cove Aquatic Center, skate park, spray pad, all park restrooms/warming houses, and all city-owned playgrounds.
Public Places (Cannabis/Smoking): Following state legalization of cannabis, Crystal enacted a permanent ordinance banning the smoking or vaping of cannabis in public spaces, which includes parks, city-owned parking lots, and rights-of-way (sidewalks, streets).
Permitted Personal Items & Equipment
Electric mobility scooters, strollers, wagons, wheelchairs, and personal conveyance vehicles (PCVs) are welcome.
Camping and lawn chairs and personal coolers (without outside alcohol)
Safety & Emergency Information
If you need immediate assistance and cannot locate a police officer or event staff member on site, please call 911.
The Crystal Frolics reserves the right to decline entry or restrict access to anyone not following safety policies.
Attendees are expected to follow all applicable laws and the Crystal City Code.
