Exciting news! Crystal Frolics, our annual celebration, is back, promising a bigger and better experience this year. Join thousands of residents and visitors for a fantastic event featuring entertainment, a major softball tournament, delicious food vendors, family-friendly activities, our second annual pickleball tournament, and a new corn hole tournament!
This year, Crystal Frolics is going beyond the festivities with the Crystal Frolics Community Food Drive, a partnership with NEAR Food Shelf and PRISM Marketplace Food Shelf, supporting those in need in our community.
As a community-focused event, Crystal Frolics brings together the efforts of the volunteer-run Crystal Frolics Committee, Inc., the City of Crystal, and various local partners. It's a true celebration of what makes our community great!

Crystal Frolics Community Food Drive
The Crystal Frolics Community Food Drive is a partnership with NEAR Food Shelf and PRISM Marketplace Food Shelf aimed at supporting those most in need. Please contact Kevin Lytle PRISM Community and Business Engagement Manager at klytle@prismmpls.org Thea Bruley, NEAR Food Shelf Director, at manager.nearfoodshelf@gmail.com to host a collection bin or make a financial contribution to local food shelves.
Donate Gift Cards and Prizes
We're seeking contributions of gift cards and other prizes for our weekly Crystal Frolics Button prize drawing. Your sponsorship can provide valuable exposure for your business. Let's create a memorable experience for our community!
As a sponsor, we will list and tag your business twice on our Crystal Frolics Facebook page (which has over 3000 followers). Prizes will be redeemed in person at your business location. This is an excellent opportunity to acquaint new customers with your business!

Promoting the Frolics at your Business
Promotional resources like posters, flyers, and social media content can be found on our website. Simply promoting the Crystal Frolics on site or online is a great way to contribute to the event. We will continually update our promotional resources as the event nears.

Vendors and Business (Becker Park)
All vendor applications are managed by the City of Crystal Parks and Rec. Department.
All Vendor Details
Space up to 10' x 10' provided.
Must bring your own tent, weighted down on each leg by a minimum 20 lbs.
1 Table and 2 chairs will be provided.
The Crystal Recreation Department reserves the right to deny vendor applications to reduce duplication.
All vendor applicants must submit a MN ST19 form with this application.
Only items pre-approved by the Crystal Recreation Department may be sold.
Styrofoam and glass bottles are not allowed.
The event is outdoors and will be held rain or shine – fees are not refundable due to weather.

Must bring a FREE family-friendly activity for the Family Festival -Makers Market.
Space of up to 10’ x 10’ plus an adjacent area to conduct the activity provided.
Must bring your own tent.
Makers Market Vendors
Products must be created and produced by the individual vendor, no selling of products made by others.
Vendors of food products must be registered Cottage Food Producers.
Space up to 10’ X 10’ provided
